Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Coating

In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Coat Tilapia

Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towel.
Dip each fillet into beaten egg, then press into Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

Step 4: Air Fry

Lightly spray air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Place fillets in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
Lightly spray tops with olive oil spray.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
